Who Is CBA?

Creative Benefit Administration, LLC (CBA) is a registered Third-Party Administrator of Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Prescription, Dental and Vision Programs, Section 125 Plans including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Dependent Care Accounts (DCAs), QSEHRAs, Commuter Benefits, and COBRA.

CBA has contracted with Alegeus Technologies to provide superior administration services to its employer clients and participants. Alegeus Technologies specializes in the administration of all Section 125 Plans and HRA programs and has the software and technical support required to assist CBA in administering these plans in a proper, professional, and fully-compliant manner.

CBA is comprised of individuals who have a collective 60-plus years as licensed professionals in the health insurance industry. We have formed a strong and knowledgeable team and have well over a decade of experience in the successful administration of each plan we handle. We are all extremely familiar with the workings of FSA and HRA programs and we’re well-equipped to explain any part of the system to either the employer representative or to the employee base. We also have the ability to offer direct-deposit services for reimbursements should employers choose to explore that option.

Our association with Alegeus Technologies provides us with the checks and balances required for accurate and timely claims administration. Our turn-around time for processing "clean" claims (those which do not require any additional information) is no more than five business days. At the end of each plan year, our employer clients receive reporting to substantiate all reimbursements that have been processed by CBA during the year. Employer clients also have the option to receive daily, weekly, or monthly reporting to reflect all activity during the requested time frame. Finally, each employer client and individual participant has access to the web-based Alegeus Technologies system so that their activity can be checked 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our hours of operation are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. Our Customer Service policy is to return all phone calls received before noon no later than close of business the same day, and to return all phone calls received after noon no later than noon the following business day.
